Registration

A $45 - $55 payment toward Class Materials is required with registration to cover the cost of the student's text, on-going website updates, listening files, various handouts, and any class events that will be provided over the course.  Paying this amount will guarantee your spot(s) in the next session of classes.  Textbooks are yours to keep. You may offer to sell back an unmarked text to the instructor at the course end. Please pre-arrange your sale by email in advance. Only new students will need to fill out a new registration form at registration.  Current students or their parents (if minors) may let the instructor know about their intention to continue at any class or by email and pay their class materials fee or deposit at that time.  It is the responsibility of all continuing students to make us aware of any change in contact information and pertinent medical conditions. Tuition Tuition is payable on or before your first class regardless of class mode (private, semi-private, or small group). Late Fees A late fee of $35 will be added to any tuition payment not received on the PayPal due date for your/your child's class. Class Tuition Due Dates You are expected to complete any class you register for in full. If you are unable to do so for any reason, please give notice of at least 7 days in advance by email or phone as a courtesy to the instructor and other students. Class fees will be due according to the PayPal due date. We reserve the right to raise the class tuition rate to compensate for a class size that does not meet the minimum of 3. No refunds are available after the first day of class. Private Tutoring Rates Private tutoring is arranged to fit your schedule best with maximum flexibility. Sessions may be held in our home learning studio in Midtown or via Zoom. Once your Class Materials fee is received, I will call or email to arrange your targeted days/times. The current rate for private tutoring sessions is $70-95 per hour. Payments must be received on or before the date of each scheduled session. Discounts may be available for advance payments for any 6 sessions or more. Rescheduling of any session must be made with 24-hours notice to retain full credit via Calendly, Google Calendar proposal/invitation, email, or phone.
